Packs add tokens on top of whatever you have, and those tokens never expire. They do not change the media parking: that stays at 200 MB unless you also have a subscription. Tokens are spent in the order that protects you: free ones first, then the subscription allowance, and your purchased packs last.
Media parking, explained
Instagram downloads media from a public URL. If you have one, use it. If you do not, upload the file to Rubinyun and get a URL back: that space is the media parking, and it works like a parking lot, not like cloud storage.
- It is the total you can have parked at once, not a monthly amount. It never renews, because it does not need to: it frees up on its own.
- The moment a post is published, its files are deleted from the parking. Your media does not stay with us: it is on Instagram, which is where it was going.
- Files attached to a scheduled post stay as long as needed: schedule a post six months out and its media waits for it, whatever the date.
- Files attached to nothing expire after 14 days. Uploads you never used, posts you deleted before they went out: the parking cleans itself.
- Per file: images up to 8 MB (Instagram's own limit), videos up to 100 MB. Formats: jpg, png, mp4, mov.
So if a file you uploaded is gone, it is one of two good reasons: its post was published, or nothing was using it for two weeks. The details live in the API docs.
Every plan includes
- The best-time engine: the publishing hour is worked out from your own account's history, not from a generic chart.
- Images, carousels, reels and stories, published from the server at the chosen time: your computer and your n8n can be off.
- The full API with a ready-made n8n template, stable error codes, and the same keys everywhere.
- Channel keys for agencies: each client gets keys for their channel only, without seeing the rest of the account.
- A token is charged only when the post is actually published: a rejected post costs nothing.
